5 Reasons to Support Cody PTA: Become a Member this Year!
Cody Elementary PTA exists to help connect families and teachers/staff over a common bond; the children's education! We couldn't support our children's activities and educational experience on a greater level without an organization like PTA.
Here are 5 reasons you should consider becoming a member of Cody PTA and participate:
1. A large amount of school supplies are purchased by the Cody PTA at the beginning of each school year. At mid-year, additional supplies are provided to make sure that the students have what they need to learn effectively in their classrooms.
2. Cody PTA sponsors all field trip costs for all grades, all year! This is an amazing benefit from an organization. Parents and Guardians do not need to worry about the field trip expenses and all children that want to participate are able to.
3. As a member, you are meeting with teachers, staff, parents, and the principal once a month on the third Monday. This is a great opportunity to have your opinions heard from an organization that takes action!
4. Cody PTA takes initiative on important school issues and works together to make positive change. You can be a part of that this year, your child's education is so important!
5. Cody PTA sponsors an event at the end of each school year, the Cody Carnival! Children look forward to this event for the inflatable games and the parents hope to win great raffle prizes. The Cody Carnival is an awesome way to spend an evening with the kids and give to the school!
